– The interested party authorizes the inclusion of his telephone number and name in the contact list of the cell phone used by the data controller to contact the client by telephone or through the Wathsapp application. You are informed that the Wathsapp application accesses the contact book of the phone in which it is installed, so there is a mandatory transfer of the contact book when it is installed.
